We haven’t installed yet. But the handle itsself is very high quality. So I am confident in the Kohler brand. It was carefully packaged with quality packing materials and fabric sleeves. The shower head itself and edge around the handle feel like plastic versus metal. But I’m sure there is a reason for that — corrosion, waterproofing, etc. Will respond again once installed.

I really like the look of my Riff faucet. I am excited to get it installed. It looks like a very good quality faucet. This piece does not come with a valve in the wall we need because this is a new construction shower. We did have to find that piece, but it didn't take too long to find and order.
