We purchased this at the end of August as part of a full kitchen remodel but it was just installed a week and a half ago. (It had been boxed up safely in the garage) I am not sure if it came this way and I just noticed but we have been very gentle/cautious as everything is new and there is already a chip after a week and a half!! I realize it is small but worry it will continue chipping and this was a very pricey sink so I feel like it should be more durable then to already have damage in such a short timeframe. I do love the look and functionality though.

Beautiful sink but arrived severely damaged. It’s extremely heavy and should have been packaged better.

Arrived cracked. Also not reversible.

TERRIBLE. They've tried delivering this to us 3 times. We've paid for installation twice. All three times defects were found in the porcelain and it's broken. This has cost is $500 in re-installations at a minimum and I'm on with a supervisor again because they're telling me we didn't inspect it in a 30 day window. ummm... this sink is 120lbs. I can't lift it to inspect it and, because of their broken product, I had to get an installer in at last minute to do so. RUN FROM THIS SINK
