Excellent quality made toilet from Kohler. Installed with no issues.

Absolutely love this toilet. I've been wanting it since it's release because i love a vintage bathroom. This feels very modern with a touch of vintage from the color. I replaced another kohler with this but the san souci is def more powerful. The first two were damaged in transport but Wayfair took care of me. Was worth the wait!

Terrible experience. Ordered the toilet waited 2 weeks and it never showed up. Then I found out fed ex realized it was damaged and wayfair never sent out another one. So I waited a month for a broken toilet. Then wayfair gave me 10 off and sent a new one which as u can see from the pictures, it showed up DAMAGED AGAIN! UNBELIEVABLE... no fragile stickers on the box. Poor communication and poor service.. will no longer order anything like this from wayfair. I love wayfair just will have to be more selective with what I buy.. very disappointing

Perfect for small bathroom. It’s lower so it adds height to room.
