I'm now going on my 4th replacement of this faucet because Wayfair continues to send "open box" items, while CHARGING FULL PRICE. "New" should mean new, not the faucet has been opened, messed around with and then returned. When it comes to a faucet they need to send one that is not open box and fully sealed because if I pay a plumber $250 to install it and something is wrong or missing, the plumber is going to charge me again to come back a second time to install. In addition, the 30-day return will have expired by the time my plumber gets here, so I'd then be stuck with a $500 faucet that doesn't work properly and paying another plumber visit. Very nice product. Double check the space behind the sink hole as the pop-up drain tab wants to project two inches when pulled up to close the stopper. Mine doesn’t push the drain all the way up in the down position because I ran out of room in the up (closed) position.
