I would not recommend this item, as it is poorly made. As shown in the photos, it is quite attractive. However, it is not a solid piece, but three pieces screwed together. There is (1) the square-shaped piece that is flush against the wall, (2) a short post piece that is perpendicular to and juts out directly from the flush square piece, and (3) the long arm that is in turn connected to piece (2). Unfortunately, the arm has the ability to swivel, and once the internal screw that holds the arm to the post loosens, the arm is unable to hold the weight of a towel. There is no way to tighten the arm without dismantling the entire thing, but really, if this is happening, you just want to get a different towel bar. This happened after using this arm twice, and it's now unable to hold the weight of a hand towel. I would definitely not recommend this.

Bought this collection for our powder room and it looks elegant and modern

OK hard to get mounted so it doesn’t slightly tile with the weight of a towel.

Simple, clean lines and sturdy, it fits in the space I needed.
