Not the fault of Wayfair, but Fedex delivered my Kohler toilet tank with the tank lid completely smashed. The Kohler box was packed inside a larger box with a small amount of paper packing. There was no fragile indication on the outer box and it was crushed on top, leafing to the inner box to also crush. Fortunately, I had the old tank lid so I continue with my repair.
