Widespread Bathroom Sink Faucet with Cross Handles K-16232-3-SN

Terrible. Will never order from Wayfair again. Just received today, opened the box and it is damaged, looks like it had been used and returned. Has scratch marks where pliers were used to install the water lines, a huge black scratch along the top of the faucet, a sticky substance on the side and finger prints all over it. To make matters worse, I called Wayfair and they told me to contact Kohler, instead of just returning the item. The first woman I spoke to hung up on me. The second woman was very nice but still referred me to Kohler. So now instead of having my plumber install a beautiful new faucet tomorrow in my new bathroom remodel, and instead of being able to simply return a damaged item, I have to deal with submitting a claim to Kohler tomorrow and going without a faucet for the weekend. Awful.

High quality and looks great. Kohler faucets are easy to install and heavy duty, no plastics, all brass.

Solid heavy substantial great finish! Feels great to touch and turn onoff I highly recommend!

Beautiful, but a little chunky. They are scaled a little bigger.
