I was first sent the wrong color item, then after lengthy time spent chatting to get it resolved, the replaced item was the same wrong color. I tried using the replace item process on the website but it stopped with letting me submit this duplicate complaint and only offered me $3.60 return or just to keep the item. I WANTED THE OIL-RUBBED BRONZE WHICH YOUR ASSOCIATE VERIFIED WAS ON MY FINAL PAGE BEFORE PAYMENT OF THE ORIGINAL ITEM, NOT THE ONE SHOWN ABOVE. I really wanted the oil-rubbed bronze because I don't have any colors in my kitchen or bathrooms except that and brown/black. Now I have these items I didn't want but was given no choice on the website. And I'm 100% disabled with heart failure, this has become an incredibly overwhelming hassle.

Well made and solid. A standard chrome finish that matches well with other polished chrome fixtures. The best part is that you can hang them in either direction. Photo is standard size hand towel with wash cloth.

Hasn't dropped a towel yet! I'd say it's a win!

Very nice looking and easy to install.

These gold brushed towel holder are great. I needed to match the bath tub faucet and shower fixtures; they look good together. The weight is fairly heavy too. Good buy!
