Imperium Towel Ring KEA-12225CH

I’ve had this for about two years now. I has not stood up to daily use. It swivels on the anchoring plate now. I will need to replace it. All I asked of it was to hold my bath towel outside the shower. Must be an inadequate design or cheap materials.

I'm not sure if its the guy who installed this, but it gets loose frequently and makes the towel look crooked.
