Perfect height for my knee. Easy to put together. I gave it one star because while putting it together the person noticed the small bend & white marks. The seat has not been tightened down yet. So I pressed on the seat with my hands and it's plastic is too soft. Feels like the seat is going to fall in. After speaking to wayfair about the damage, I never got the replacement seat. 3.23.2024. I never got the replacement seat.

This Transfer Bench that I received doesn't have the holder for a shower head to be hold like the picture show and that is what I was looking for in a transfer bench.
