I was unable to assemble the chair. The arms were not wide enough to fit into the tubes on tht lrgs. I was also not able to fit the backonto the chair. There were not enough screws for complete assembly.

Directions were a bit confusing. Chair itself was as advertised.

I'm unable to use the chair, I found after spending an hour assembling it. Directions were written, or translated, by someone who has only a very loose grasp of English. I can't use the chair as intended because it's too wide for the old tub in my old, but solid and charming old house.

Very nice chair and massage shower I bought also.
