So I’d give this 5 stars for performance and looks but since it came to me USED, I only gave it 2 stars. I knew it was used due to the plumbers tape installed on the shower arm (which does not come in the box because it’s not needed) and all the little plastic parts that were for protection during shipping were removed and the water stains on the shower head itself. Shame on you Wayfair!
