I bought this door for my greenhouse! We just installed it today and it looks amazing! I love being able to open the screen!

In many ways Larson makes a great product with helpful features like a pull down screen. The plastic part that holds that in place is not that sturdy and fails to work over time. Surprise, your warranty does not cover parts. What else is there to the door besides parts?

I’ve put up two new doors in two years and although they operate just fine, the white door turns yellow cuz of the sun.

I love our Larson retractable screen storm door. It is sturdy and holds up well. The problem we are experiencing is that the screen has very small "slits" at tthe bottom of the screen and is now exposed to the elements. We are concerned that insects could enter. We placed a few pieces of sctotch tape over the slits but as you may suspects doesn't look very good (Ugh!) and takes away from the beauty of the product. We like it and do not want to replace the entire door. Can we purchase a replacement piece or have it repaired. We have another Larson door for our front door and are very happy and loyal customer. Any suggestions or options. Thanks

I bought 2 of these doors in August 2023. I thought they were really nice doors, and that's why I decided to go with 2. I thought it would be a bit cheaper for installation, but no! I've had nothing but trouble with both the doors since about a month after I bought them!
