The mirror that was shipped to us has shelves which are not level. The frame of the mirror is installed flush and true vertically, and when a level is placed on the shelves the bubble is fully outside the level indication. You will also need to put some 3 in 1 oil on the latch as it is exceptionally tight from the manufacturer.

Beautiful Addition, But Prepare for a Bit of Effort We recently purchased this mirror to replace an old medicine cabinet, and paired it with a new faucet and shower. Together, these updates really helped give our bathroom a fresh and modern look. That said, hanging the mirror was a bit of a challenge. It doesn't come with hanging assistance or a template, so we had to hold it up to the wall, mark the holes with a pencil, and hope for the best. Not ideal, especially since the mirror is fairly heavy- t's definitely a two-person job. We also ran into a small issue with the attached shelves during mounting, as they occasionally got in the way. It would've been much easier if the shelves could be installed after the mirror was mounted. Despite the installation quirks, we're very happy with how it looks, The mirror itself is heavier than the rest of the structure, which gives it a solid, high-quality feel. Overall we'd recommend this product just be prepared to put in a little effort during installation.
