We have now received seven (7) shattered medicine cabinets since November 4, 2021. Since we had remodeled the bathroom to the specs of this piece which is recessed into the tiled wall, we have no choice but to continue waiting for Wayfair to send us an item intact. We continue to be patient and hopeful as we continue to get bounced around to new associates and to new account managers who will not take our calls nor will they call us back. We have been told to remove all the items from their boxes to take photos, then a few days later to send the last received cabinet back - after disposing of all the soggy cardboard that had been sitting on our back patio for up to 4 months at this point. Beyond frustrated and disappointed with Wayfair at this point. The higher ups DO NOT CARE. Fingers crossed we will have some sort of resolution by reaching out to the manufacturer and hiring a mirror guy to replace and Frankenstein one full intact cabinet with all these busted pieces. Wayfair has not fully refunded us, even though we have been told they are not going to be sending us any more cabinets. This has been a very unfortunate experience. I have even tried to warn Wayfair that perhaps their entire inventory is shattered in the warehouse from the initial delivery and to check the items before shipping them! I hope no one else goes through this

I can highly recommend this cabinet. It's beautiful lighting - great storage - more modern looking than most lighted medicine cabinets. Works well to now (several months of use). It took 2 (I think) shipments for us to get a cabinet that was intact (not shattered). It seems to be about the padding as the one that was unbroken was much better packed. I also purchased the 3 door which is equally stunning and functional. All in all - Wayfair was extremely responsive in resolving the damage/re-placement issue. The agents were so professional and helpful (one rep did not follow through but the rest were terrific).
