I like the product itself but the mounting instructions which are all in pictures with no written instructions are so vague that a few of us took some time to work out how the installation actually works. I scouted the internet to see whether there were any explanations or videos available. Let me tell you, this company seriously needs to explain how to deal with installation. I now have a professional handyman installing it and he is also baffled by the weak mounting instructions. Basically, you need to put the bottom support bar in first before drilling for the upper bar as if you are even slightly off, it doesn't work. So the cost of installation has now exceeded the cost of this unit. Not very happy. Wish I could return it but threw the boxes away.
