I had LG air conditioner prior to this one. It worked 7 years before it started malfunctioning. I decided to go with the same brand. Time will tell how long it lasts, but right now it’s perfect! It is compact, cute, has energy saver mode and remote control. The air blows not straight forward into your face, but about 45 degrees upwards. But the most important thing is, it makes not more noise than a regular fan! I am so satisfied with my purchase! Thank you LG for perfecting your device, and thank you Wayfair for caring this in your inventory.

Good little AC to fit my 17" wide window. Though the unit had been dented.. quite typical of FedEx deliveries

It fits perfect in my window. The a flow vents are adjustable, strong air circulates the room. I'm bery satisfied with this sir conditioner unit.

I do not care for this product. I am very disappointed. I order the wrong model.
