Update: it was so easy to install from inside the attic, just make sure it’s level when you attach it to the joist. The fan is super quiet and the light is really bright. It works great to remove the humidity from the bathroom during a shower. This seems like a really nice fan but it can only be installed if you have attic access over the space that you’re putting it in. I was going to install this in my first floor bathroom but there is no overhead access to that space. I assumed when it said “easy installation” it meant that you can install it from below since it didn’t mention otherwise in the description. I’m going to install it in my mom’s house so once I do I’ll update the review with how well it works. The fan does look really nice, the glass light cover is beautiful and I like that it comes with different finishes for the securing piece. Just disappointed that the installation requirements weren’t clear prior to purchasing.

Love the option of changing the accents on this exhaust fan! I cant report sound or how quiet it may be until my husband gets it installed but anything has to be an improvement over the current we have that squeals when turned on! It appears well made and has detailed installment directions - more helpful than most Ive come across. Highly recommend. Excited I can change hardware to match faucets if needed.
