Looks great, but the magnet could be a little stronger.

This is a beautiful little piece. Unfortunately for me, I was working in tight quarters, and as hard as I tried to finagle the stainless trim ring up (it doe not come off the main unit) I ended up stripping the top of not one but all three screws. I reached out to support to see if I was missing the trick of getting the trim ring off, and to ask for new screws, but I never heard back. So, the stop is in its box, uninstalled, and uninstallable as is for my use.
