Terrible!!! I have used peel and stick tiles several times and these ones are the worst I have ever installed. Even with proper prep and install, they peel up on all 4 corners. Also, the sheen varies so it looks terrible when installed. Will never use this product again and caution anyone else who is interested to find something at a box store as much as I hate to say it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy! The quality is terrible. Not vinyl. More like cardboard with saran wrap over it. Would never hold up on any floor. The finish is also slippery & shiny but has bubbles and creases in it that make it look even more terrible. It's thin, and I'm not even sure it's 12"x12". Save yourself the trouble because it's VERY expensive to ship back when you finally get this garbage. :(
