Would have given 5 stars except for a few things. "Grout" line colors are inconsistent. Some of my tiles, actually many, had bent corners (I use those tiles for areas I can cut the bad sections off). Have purchased this tile before, for some reason this time, they did not have nice clean cut lines. Had to clean them up a little to get them to fit snuggly. I've read all the reviews here, especially the first one with the images. I don't feel those photos represent this product all. Peep & stick is just what it is. You can't expect perfection. However, for peel & stick I find this to be a very nice product. Purchased them before. I've just recently purchased 65 boxes from Wayfair. If need be I will buy them again. Easy to work with. Durable. One thing to remember with any peel & stick. Buy yourself some Goo Gone. You are without a doubt going to have glue residue on the surface of your tiles. You don't need a professional. Just take your time. Measure twice, cut once. Make patterns if need be before cutting your tiles. Clean the glue as you go.

I ordered 463 sq ft and only got 12 boxes with 20 tiles in each box they were on sale for $.89 cents each.

The quality of the product is great. The color was a tad different than expected, but still works great for our space!

JUNK! Very disappointed. We hired a professional flooring installer to lay these in our laundry room after hearing about peel and stick flooring. I don't know if all peel and stick tiles are this cheap and I certainly won't purchase any more in my lifetime. First, the faux grout around edges is inconsistently colored. Second, the tiles leave visible gaps in between despite lining them up as snuggly as possible. Third, several would not stick to the the base floor despite following all instructions. Finally, the top layer on one started to peel away at the corner. I reached out to the manufacturer named on the box and spoke to a customer service manager on the phone. She asked me to email her images so that she could assess my concerns, which I did, but I never heard back. We ultimately had to replace this flooring with another product. Huge waste of money and time! If you value quality, do not purchase this incredibly cheap and unattractive product.
