The item has exceeded my expectations. The seat is a hard plastic, which I like, because it will last. Also, the seat is grey, not blue, which is also good because it is more neutral. No doubt it will look great in any bathroom! I am a very happy customer who will shop with Wayfair again. Good products and EXCELLENT customer service!

Seat area is too narrow for 135-lb elderly lady. That measurement should be in measurement photo. Seat is also uncomfortably hard. Photo shows pale green. It is dark gray. Made in China. Other than that, it looked good. But beware, Wayfair makes YOU pay return shipping. Only offers you 20% refund as alternative. So, be VERY sure you like before you buy, or be ready to eat almost entire cost of purchase if product doesn’t workout for you. Pretty harsh introduction to this company. We are NOT a fan.
