Love the look of fireplace surround, HOWEVER, one of fill/ frame insert pieces cracked almost immediately (presumably from heat?) after only second or third use / fire in fireplace) - very disappointing. I’ll be reaching out to Wayfair about a new trim piece.

The delivery was on time. 2 workers who came to deliver the item were extremely helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to make this delivery happen, taking into consideration that the entrances and elevator were too tight and the item they delivered was huge and super heavy. the team was extremely professional and absolutely fantastic!
