Josephine Fireplace Surround

We absolutely love this fireplace ! It is beautiful and a real statement piece in our home. The fireplace arrived in perfect condition and the instructions allowed our professional installer to know exactly what needed to be done.

The piece is gorgeous and I’m so in love. We have yet to fully install but this thing is a BEAST. Prepare for a 3-4 person installation. The delivery came with 2 men and they said it should have been a 4-person job. It came in a large wooden crate. We asked for inside door delivery but the crate does not fit through a door frame. So they had to dismantle the crate on the front lawn to get it inside and then when setting it down, it scratched our wood floors, so be extra extra careful. One thing I’m still trying to figure out is how to best clean it. The piece came with quite a few dirt marks and fingerprints from the delivery and water seems to take some of the color away without truly cleaning the dirt away. For those looking to buy, I definitely recommend ordering samples first. This is not a piece you want to have to ship back.

Looks great. I think it needs painted. Installing it Monday. The contractor installed and it looks great. Painter filled in pits and holes from concrete and gave it a semi glossy white paint coat. Easy to clean. Love it. We put out granite in kitchen around to blend in I love it.

I love this fireplace but it arrived damaged. There were chunks of concrete falling off and it was only wrapped in plastic. If you take a closer look at the legs, you can actually see the chucks that broke off. I was told that the packing materials were finally in and that my 2 month wait was over. Because it can still stand and the cracks were on the corners and the inside legs I accepted it. But I would really like to know, where is the crate it was supposed to be shipped in

very elegant item, exactly as described, it was backordered and took more then a month to arrive but it is worth the wait. highly recommended.
