Good latter but it has absolutely nothing to do with Wayfair. The latter was made by Louisville and Louisville makes good ladders

The product itself is great, the problem is that I paid $75 for express shipping, and the item wasnt received until days after when the free shipment would have come. I believe I should be refunded for the not so "Express" fee.

I bought this stepladder to be safe. But it wobbles unless I apply my weight on it. I would have expected the company to manufacture a stepladder that makes you feel safe. It also has a very poor locking mechanism which makes you struggle to open the stapladder. You would need two pair of hands: one to operate the two locks and another to open the stepladder which is very stiff. It is very frustrating. Once it is set up and you climb on it, it is fine.
