Madison Complete Shower System with Rough in-Valve F54123MB

The coating on this item has not held up at all, I have missing patches in multiple areas of basic usage, making my newly renovated washroom look very cheap! The coating has come off in chunks in certain areas, I wouldn't recommend buying this in any other colour besides the silver!

I like how it looks, but the water comes out with low pressure

Terrible quality - the first unit broke in two weeks, I was then sent a replacement arm some few weeks later. Now just 2 years later, the shower head broke. The metal that holds the top and bottom of the head together has peeled apart so water just spills like tap out of the head. Unusable now. Let’s see if they honor the warranty but honestly the quality is very poor. Not to mention the black paint on the bath head has peeled off in various places and the handle.

Shower bar is broken after 3 months of use. Photos of broken part have been submitted 3 times for parts replacement under the 10 year warranty.

This is a terrible shower system. After 6 months of use two pieces fell off from both ends of the slide bar. 3 months later the handle that regulates the water fell off too. We are lucky it did not crack floor tiles. Too many plastic pieces and head is leaking. After 9 months of use, it looks cheap and like it’s been used for years. This system was professionally installed and the shower is used with care. This should not be happening.
