excellant product but no installation info.

The tiles are high quality. All arrived intact. No cracking. These are heavy duty tiles. They did not come with installation instructions which was very aggravating. I took 2 stars off for that and when they do send instructions they should state that the design is not one where you can lay the tiles any which way. Look at the edges of each of the center design and install accordingly. We didn’t see this til half the install was done but the issue is doable, I guess. There really is a need for these sellers to include clear instructions with the order, and this was missing. Had we had those instructions, we would have lined them up correctly. I am seeing other ratings on the manufacturer website where another customer installed the tiles not lined up as per design. The difference is slight but it is a bit frustrating. Had they included instructions and the linear aspect of the way the tiles should go they would have gotten a five star. The tiles as they are are top quality.

I am very satisfied with the purchase of these products. My house became very beautiful with this tiles.

Great customer service and quick delivery, but best part is the product itself. Really improved the appearance of our basement space!
