I ordered a 34” x 84” door. I received a 36” x 84” door (a size that isn’t even an option on the website.) This wider door would not work in the limited space I have withou costly modifications by my contractor. When I called Wayfair they said if I could “make it work” they would give me a 15% refund or a 20% credit towards future purchases. When I asked what my other options were they told me I could return it at my expense! Only when I protested did they offer to send a new one and that once I received it I may or may not have to return the first door at their expense. I reluctantly chose this option but with reservations. When I asked if I could be assured the door would be the correct dimensions I received a vague explanation about quality assurance. My concern is that the actual dimensions of the door are listed incorrectly in the description and I will receive a second door in the same incorrect size. 1 star for Wayfair’s current handling of the situation. Hope they get the next door right. I will update at that time.

A LOT more grainy than it looks in the pictures. And nail heads are left exposed on the back side.

The boards were totally uneven! Some of the panels were longer than others. For the amount of money we paid, we were very unhappy with the quality.
