As soon as we opened the box, we noticed a chip in the bottom board. The box is heavy, and when deliverd I am guessing it was dropped on the ground. We were able to glue the piece back on, and we are waiting for a new piece. We wanted the door up for guests, so we installed. It took about 3 hours to assemble. Hangin the track was another 2 hours after doing all the math. I believe you will always need a ledger board to mount this door. The holes are 17.5 inches for the lag bolts, and that does not alighn with studs that are typically 16 inch on center. Overall, the dorr looks nice and functions the way it should. One note, when you watch the installation video, you will notice that when the installer puts on the door stops, he is tightening the set screw from the bottom. The set screws can be on top if you select the appropriate stopper for the left and right side.

DON'T BUY THIS! It is not a door these are cheap looking slacks that have to be put together to resemble a door. It looks like PLASTIC not wood. COMPLETELY misleading.

Love the quality and the look. The biggest drawback is that it doesn't include the true specs on the website for once the rollers are on. If my husband didn't cut off ~5inches, this door would have been useless. Please add the full height needed to install the door - i.e. it's 84" but you need another ~7 inches of ceiling height above your door opening to be able to install it.

Difficult to put together.
