We ordered two barn doors for our house that is being built. It's a small house and we wanted an interesting focal point in the kitchen. One of the barn doors ended up being warped, showing up when it was installed. I contacted Wayfair and they were the most helpful customer service. They immediately arranged to have new doors sent to replace the defective. We have not yet put together nor installed the replacement doors, but I am hopeful. They are beautiful doors and will look awesome in the kitchen.

Even though I’m in a wheelchair the build went well. I used a distressed stain. Had my brother hang it for me and it went up fast.

Ordered four doors All four doors are broken in one way shape or form The panels are specifically cut in such a way that you have to replace it with the same size panel Otherwise, your door will be larger or smaller than originally purchased. There are a total of seven panels with three different measurements Some are different by a quarter of an inch So end result The other pieces of the door, such as the flat panel and the diagonal cut to reinforce the door will not match up. They will either be too big or too small. Further, the diagonal piece of wood does not line up well, so you sort of have to push it in place and have someone hold it while you screw it in or it will pop out on the edges
