Revived a notification that my order was delivered. But nothing! I looked all around my house . They only send me a pic of a box , not with a surrounding. So who knows where it’s delivered

RUN AWAY from this product! My contractor had a terrible time with these tiles, which he ultimately deemed to be defective (my batches, at least), after he consulted with multiple builders and commercial floor installers. I am out several thousand dollars in labor costs and supplies, gave up on this product ever working out, and had to buy completely different flooring. The hexagon pattern made it super hard for the workers to get the tiles straight, and they kept sliding around and creating gaps. They do not click together and are also incredibly THIN, which felt like you were standing on sub flooring barefoot. Any teeny dent in your sub flooring will be felt when you stand on these. After multiple days of installation, consults and tests, the floor looked great for ONE DAY. Then, it started buckling at the edges and popping up. We followed the manufacturer instructions exactly, had them professionally installed, but these are just an awful product. We gave up on this and bought new flooring, which went down in one day with no issues. THIS PRODUCT STINKS!

Love these tiles! I have purchased them in the past and they are great quality. They are pricey but very nice. We always end up grouting them with vinyl tile grout and have never had any issues. I did black this time instead of meteorite because they were out of stock. I was hoping I would like them as much as meteorite and I am very very pleased!

The tile was very high quality and has a good feel. The pieces were cut very precisely and easy to work with. I have never done a LVT before and had some issues with the glue due to a cold snap here in the PNW this winter. Nothing a heater couldn't fix. We are very pleased with the end result.

These tiles are easy to cut and look just like the real porcelain tile I have in the larger bathroom! I did end up grouting against the recommendation (with non-sanded grout) and didn’t have any issues with scratching. So far it’s been easy to clean.
