We’ve received a few of these now - every single one has been damaged. Trying to revolve the issue and get a refund. After two attempts, we are having to order doors elsewhere.

Door came cracked along seam and missing railing. I tried to return it using the chat customer service and multiple times I was informed I would have to pay for a fee to return AND that they couldn’t see the damage. In the end I had to call customer service which was so much more helpful
