Works great for my needs. I deliver hundreds-thousands of pounds of product daily with it. Handle could be tighter. Update 32220 The unit has failed in two places that make it much less safe to use. The locking mechanism screws slowly came out and two of the holes are stripped preventing the screws from locking up tightly and securing the two half’s together. Secondly, one of the side metal pieces that is riveted in place which prevents the two halves from sliding apart side to side has bent and the river has loosened. The two halves can now slide apart where the bent metal and loosened rivet should be preventing thus from occurring. I reached out to Magliner and sent them pictures and descriptions of what is going on. They are requesting me to package up and return the entire unit so that they can decide if it is a warranty worthy exchange. Being that I use this daily and cannot do my job without it I find this to be poor customer support on their end. I explained to them that I deliver food to grocery stores and am busier than ever given the current Covid-19 situation and that I could not return the unit without something to replace it with. If I have to return the unit then why did you waste my time requesting pictures. It feels like I am being inconvenienced with the hope that I will just go away since the unit is technically still usable albeit much less safe.

Item arrived with a bent channel where the extension hooks into the cart. Bent it back with a screwdriver and it seems to be OK
