This door is magnificent. even better than expected. we had a problem with the Moulding that came with it contacted Wayfair and the problem was resolved quickly.

I received my door on Tuesday. I Was very excited after waiting so very long for it. There was no problem with the delivery, the young men Did an excellent job of carefully unloading the door.I was able to get the contractors here to install on Thursday and they completed the installation this morning!! My door is beautiful and I am so very pleased with it. It took a while but it has been worth the wait. Thank you Wayfair!!

Good product..will refer to friends

The doors look wonderful. We own a 154 year-old brick church which, many years ago, was deconsecrated and turned into a house. We use it as a cottage. It was not well cared for over the years and we are slowly renovating and trying to bring back some of the original character. The doors fit in well with this aim. They are solid and beautifully finished. The fact that there are no installation instructions included was a bit of a problem, however. We requested them, but it seems they do not exist. Wayfair offered a discount, for this reason, that was very generous. We fooled around with the doors for a few hours...not easy since they are extremely heavy...and got finally got them installed; time will tell whether any problems arise from the way we did it. I would suggest that some simple instructions and illustrations might be useful. Another issue we had was delivery. The doors were to arrive between August 23rd and 31st. On the 30th (the last day before the weekend), I contacted Wayfair for an update and was told that they would be delivered that day. By late in the afternoon, they were still not with us so I contacted the delivery company directly and was passed on to someone who looked after delivery scheduling. Unfortunately, no one was there and the door did not arrive that day. The church is 3 hours from where we live and we had arranged for our 2 adult sons, who also live 3 hours away, to help with installation over the long, Labour Day weekend. We had to call them and cancel. The door arrived the following Wednesday (Sept. 4) and our sons rearranged their plans and came down the weekend after that. Just as an aside, Labour Day weekend had great weather whereas it rained the following weekend. I realize that all this is not Wayfair's fault. I do think, though, that it might be a good idea to stress, for delivery partners, that it is important -- at least for some items -- to stay within the timelines that Wayfair commits to.

The door is excellent quality thousands less than the box store. Packaged perfectly to prevent shipping damage. Thank you.
