The faucet is actually nicer than I expected. The sprayer has a lot of weight to it for the size. It looks like it will work well, but I haven’t had time to install it yet so I can’t say yet, but if it doesn’t work right, I’ll update

We are very disappointed that we were ready to install and the adapters were not included, in which we need. We will contact customer service to see if they can send missing pieces without returning the whole faucet.

We replaced an older faucet with this modern pull down. Looks and works beautifully. Installation was straightforward - took the plumber about 30 minutes to remove the old faucet and reconnect with this new faucet. Very happy with the upgraded look.

This kitchen faucet is an excellent addition to my kitchen, even offering the convenience of filling my Keurig coffee maker without using an extra container! After using this one for just a few days, it improves the overall cooking and cleaning experience for me. Having the feature of the retractable sprayer, it makes jobs like filling my pots, rinsing the dishes, or just cleaning the sink much easier. The sprayer has the regular and spray setting, which I love! The steady stream on this one is more powerful than the last one I had, so that makes me a happy camper. The gravity assisted sprayer, always returns to its place after each use. The additional angles of the swivel head feature sprayer makes the chore of cleaning the sink Quick and easy. It was fairly easy for my husband to complete the installation. It had good design features making the installation very simple. Even though my decorative style tends to be more “toned down country”, the sleek modern design fits well with my kitchen aesthetic. So far it seems to be pretty durable and gives me the convenience that I look for in a faucet , making my kitchen experience efficient and fun. I’m sure I’ll be pleased with this faucet for years to come.

This was working… Until it wasn’t. A few hours into using it the mixing valve stopped working completely. We either had hot water or cold water, but we couldn’t have both. After hours and hours and hours and a lot of mess and cleaning we got it to work. Turns out the mixing valve was completely clogged up and full of debris. It works now just not sure if it was worth it.  aesthetically it’s lovely.
