We are redoing our on suite bathroom. We’ve had shattered sinks and poor quality items delivered to us that required tedious returns therefore, I was really worried about how this tub would survive the shipping to us especially because Wayfair noted that it was “not returnable.” The tub came packed in a box, surrounded by plastic wrap and padding to protect it. That box was completely surrounded by a box made of wooden pallet boards. The delivery men were very careful moving it into our garage. I was not happy that we were not allowed to open the box and verify that the tub was in good shape while the delivery men were still here. Also, there was no “delivery slip” we could notate anything on as stated in the delivery instructions. It was all electronic and we were told “you can sign it or not.” That being said, we opened and checked it out and it was in perfect shape. What a relief that was! I’m happy that there’s still some companies that care about delivering quality products in great shape to their customers. Thanks Wayfair!
