This looks great and looks like real tile with thin grout lines, we used it for our bathroom. The contractor did not mention any problems with installing it. We have some left over and we are going to use it for our washroom too.

This is the most difficult flooring I've ever worked with! I'm on my 4th time with my kitchen and if you are not EXACTLY and I mean EXACTLY lined up a tile will pop up at some point. If you do purchase this floor, I highly recommend a professional lay it down for you. It is not at all forgiving in any way. Also, not as easy to clean as I hoped. I'm about ready to try something else.
