I ordered this shower door and it took longer than it advertised to arrive. Wayfair did a great job of communicating during this time. When the shower door arrived I opened it and did not see any immediate damage. We hired professional installers to come and they also looked and did not see any large damage while still trying to keep some of the foam on it to prevent breaking or scratching when they were moving it upstairs to install. They were able to install the hardware, and one glass door. When they got to the last glass door they realized there was damage that was created in the manufacturing process on the bottom edge. They advised it was done during the manufacturing process because the chipped edge had the protective glass film over it. I immediately contacted Wayfair to report the damage and request a new glass door be sent for replacement. They advised me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturers phone number was not a valid company phone number. When you called it rings once and says "the mobile customer you are trying to reach has a voicemail that has not been set up yet." I emailed the manufacturers email that was provided and did not get a response within 24 hours. I contacted Wayfair again who was wonderful in handling the situation. They also reached out to the manufacturer and within 24 hours I received an email. The manufacturer advised me the shower doors were out of stock and would refund my money. I now had to pay installers more money to remove the existing working pieces, and will have to pay extra for them to come back to put a completely different shower door system up. I am thankful that Wayfair has been very great in this whole process, they deserve five stars. Then Mauna Manufacturing company could work on more effective customer service in a timely manner.
