Lovely! Have to return it because I didn't choose the right color but otherwise seems sturdy and very attractive!

It is just right it looks beautiful even though its not 100% metal and it is sturdy very well made for the price I love it!!!

Concept is good. Looked good also, but rain head did not function properly. Did not dispurse water properly but acted like foucet coming down on your head. Wayfair is working on a replacement. If a new head still does not work then I am aksing for a refund.

This is a very well-made system. Additionally, it is packed in foam with every part nestled in its own place. However, I am looking for a handheld that tilts up and down, and this one does not. It slides up and down the water pipe, it swivels left and right, it even twists, but it does not tilt which is the main thing I am looking for. (More like a ball and socket affair) The water pipe was a perfect length for my shower; the handheld head could have been a smaller diameter - speaking as an older lady. Excellent company and I hope they will make shower systems for older people.
