Great product. The problem I have is that a Wayfair employee just threw the two toilet seats I purchased into a large box with no padding and damaged the product during shipping. It’s frustrating after waiting for shipment to arrive to have it damaged.

Toilet seat arrived on time nd undamaged. Directions were easy to follow nd install went smoothly. The seat is solid, fits nicely nd so far doesnt seem to slide around when in use. Seems to be a good, solid nd sturdy seat especially for the price.
