Elongated Toilet Seat and Lid 141EC-000

Once again you sent the wrong toilet seat. This is unacceptable, please have someone contact me. Im very disappointed. Now I have 2 of the same seatsvery poor communication.

This is not a slow close / quiet close / non-slamming seat. You should compare this to a standard seat in terms of price and manufacturing instead.

This is the most comfortable seat. It’s nice and smooth and rounded.

I bought this to replace the cheap plastic toilet seat that was on my current toilet, but also because I wanted a slow quiet closing lid. Since I have grandkids, I didn't want the lid slamming down all the time. With that said, after I installed it, I then realized the slow closing lid didn't work, not only that, the seat doesn't stay up, now I'm afraid my grandson could be ruined for life (if you know what I mean). I can't send it back, because I threw everything out and it's too much of a pain. So I'll just go find one in a store that works. Other than that, it is a nice solid wood sturdy seat.

Disappointed in the quality and that it wasn't slow close or no slam. I could have gotten better at a store for the same price.
