We installed this in a remodeled bathroom, it looks great and is exactly what we wanted. This is technically my husbands showerhead (or so he thinks) and he loves it. We used it for the first time last night (after having it for a few months, just needed the remodel to make it to that point) The wand is powerful and the rain showerhead is a great size for our 4'x8' walk in shower. The only issue we found was the part that controls how much hot water is released was defective. We had hot water but I prefer hotter. The contractor found that it was defective. I am giving 5 stars because within 5 min of starting an online chat with customer service they had a replacement on the way. I was nervous because is had been a few months since we got it and we no longer had the box. No need to return anything they just shipped a replacement. I love this shower system and certainly would recommend, we just happen to have a small defect that is fixable. Not a great photo to show the rain showerhead but it is a really nice set.

We are missing the part that connects the shower head to the wall . It says it’s included in the box but it’s n out in there

Quick install. Comes with all rough in pieces and directed valve making easy install. Make sure you have plumbing to your ceiling for the drop down head.

OMG IN LOVE I just love the way it comes out. If I could I would stay in it all day. If anyone is looking to buy one it should be this one.
