One of the racks has a broken loop so it couldn’t not be screwed onto the bars that go over door. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with this gold towel rack. It does not hang securely and feels unstable once installed. The finish looks nice at first, but the overall quality does not match expectations. For the price, I expected something sturdier and more reliable.
