I love these tiles, BUT there is a huge issue with quality control and shipping. My first shipment included several boxes that were virtually shredded ON THE INSIDE of the larger box. They should never have been shipped like that at all. So there were damaged tiles from shipping. In addition, the hand-made tiles should not be shipped if there are flaws. For example, many, many of the tiles have white glaze bubbles in them which totally stands out on dark blue tiles. These are glaze flaws. Furthermore, because the Spanish tile company does not protect the individual tiles with a sheet of paper between them, the shipping process winds up producing many scratches and scuffs in the glaze finish. These are distressed tiles, but the distress should be BENEATH the finish glaze. There should not be flaws within the glaze or on top of the glaze. Having said that, the customer service at Wayfair is excellent. They have been very accommodating trying to help me gather decent enough tiles to complete the job. I am grateful, and I hope my tile installer can find a way to minimize the appearance of the flaws in my new floor. Crossing my fingers, because the shape and color is awesome...

i love this tile! i used it in my sons bathroom for the floor and shower floor. has held up great!
