I am renovating my parents house. It's Victorian, built in 1906. I wanted the restoration to be comfortable for a 2019 family with a feeling of the early 1900's. I had a tough time finding bathroom tile and fixtures that had character. I looked everywhere for months with no luck. And finally I decided to check Wayfair to see if they had something that I liked! I found my tile! I had already bought a floor tile that I didn't like and when I found this white tile with a touch of emerald green, I bought it! It was perfect. I also bought my sinks and fixtures from Wayfair! In fact, I've purchased most of my lights, bathroom fixtures and tile from Wayfair. Don't be afraid to purchase online through Wayfair. The items are excellent quality; customer service is wonderful and will bend over backwards to help you; and shipping is almost immediate! Thanks Wayfair for making a stressful, year-long project easier!

I think the delivery service that you hired/provided for the delivery of my merchandise is low class and greatly sucks. They dropped off hundreds of pounds of tiles in my neighbors parking spot, in front of his residence and refused to come back, even after speaking with them about my inability to move the merchandise. This very unprofessional behavior. You should TRULY consider and/or reconsider the idiot Jenks that you use to make your customers merchandise deliveries!!! This makes me to greatly reconsider to not purchase from your company again, if this is the type of standards you allow for handling fragile items!!! Hopefully there will be NO broken tiles or they will be required to be replaced ...at your expense!!!
