Coastal Video Doorbell Cover (Ring 3, 3 Plus, 4, Battery Plus, Battery Pro Compatible)

I purchased this doorbell cover hoping for a sleek and protective design that would fully shield my video doorbell from the elements and provide a polished look. While the product arrived promptly and was easy to install, I was disappointed with the coverage it actually provides. The main issue is that it doesn’t offer full coverage. The top and sides are somewhat protected, but the bottom and front remain fairly exposed, which defeats the purpose of having a cover in the first place—especially in areas with heavy rain, snow, or direct sunlight. It feels more like a partial shield rather than a full protective enclosure. Aesthetically, the design is modern and clean, which I appreciate, but functionality is where this falls short. For the price, I expected a more complete solution that would protect my investment in a video doorbell. If you live in a region with mild weather and are mostly looking for a cosmetic upgrade, this might work for you. But if you’re prioritizing full protection, I would recommend looking for a different option. It’s an okay product, but not great—which is why I’m giving it 3 stars.

Very nice Ring doorbell cover ,looks better than site pic. I love the finish,cant wait to install . Im saving it for my new build home, dont want to waste it on an apartment right now. This Ring doorbell cover is really quite beautiful! From the moment I pulled it out of the box what really stands out is the amazing quality and etched detail carved in the solid brass. Comes with instructions and also to my surprise a handy little screwdriver to use on your existing ring doorbell cover. Truly beautiful & what an amazing way to dress up your ring doorbell cover!

Very pretty doorbell cover. I was looking at a lot of them for my ring2 and accidentally purchased this one which happened to be for ring3. Anyway it still fits. It’s just that the bottom has a different screw hole configuration which was easy to drill. It’s really unique. I live in Florida so the design is fitting!

This ring doorbell cover is pretty cute. It was very easy to install and didn’t require taking the doorbell down or doing anything to it. You just slide the bottom off, place the cover over the doorbell then slide the bottom back into place. The directions indicated a tiny screw to hold the bottom piece secure, but mine was missing. No worries, it seems to be snapped on there pretty tight.
