It is too bad that the tiles came in smashed up. They would have been beautiful. I called to get a replacement and got no problems with the request. Unfortunately, the replacement box was damaged even worse and all ten layers of tiles were smashed on all sides. I called for a refund and was asked to ship it back and then I will get a refund. I sent pictures of the damaged box and tiles. I informed the customer service rep that the box was ripped to shreds and that they should send a box with the return label. He said no and there was nothing they could do about it. If I wanted the refund I had to try to pack it back up with tape and get it to a Fed Ex return facility. I will send them back in the original box they were sent to me in. I doubt that it will be full by the time it arrives back at Wayfair. But like them, there's nothing I could do about it. I do not recommend ever buying tiles or anything breakable from Wayfair.

This is a beautiful tile. I havent installed it yet in a remodel Im doing, but the customer loves it and cant wait to see it installed. I will seal it with 511 impregnater sealer before and after installation since it is natural stone. It came with small chips on some of the design corners, but I recommend it.

I was concerned about having tile delivered. Afraid of breakage but in 6 boxes of tile only 1 piece had tips of tile broken off. The tile is beautiful! The online picture depicts it well. I would not hesitate to buy again.

Beautiful stone! Exactly as pictured and none of the came broken, which was my biggest concern. Very happy with the product
