These Lodge bellows are the real deal. They are made of heavy solid wood, with a beautiful grain pattern. The flexible material smells like real leather with the edges and seams folded-under before attachment to wood, making for an attractive package. Overall the bellows are very functional move lots of air and are easy to use.

The wood is beautiful and the leather and nailhead details are nicely worked. Nice heirloom quality piece.

This is actually quite heavy and seems well made. The wood on the bellows I received is darker than in the photo. I think the "leather" is synthetic but it is fine. We have been using it for about a month and it seems to work just fine.
