From afar this door is gorgeous, however, up close there were lots of spots where the paint was thinly applied (thank goodness for the touch up paint that was sent along, but will likely need more). After the door was installed and I wiped it clean with a damp paper towel, the color came off with it! Not enough for the white of the raw door to show through but I was surprised and disappointed that it wasn’t sealed. I have my doubts as to how this door is going to hold up. Also, the bottom part of the frame around the glass is separated from the door. For the price and being made in the USA I expected better quality.

The door is beautiful. The construction of the frame is careless. My carpenters had to rebuild the frame as the top was not matched. The nails all around were too close to the edge and came through the frame. No quality control as if anyone had looked at it, they would have seen. I bought it August 2020 and finally had it installed April 2021, otherwise I would have sent it back.
