Perfect remedy to upstairs area that was dangerous for my special needs son!

Very satisfied with this purchase. I was hesitant to order this door sight unseen but took a chance because I have always had excellent experiences with past Wayfair purchases. This was for a DIY project between my foyer and family room. The dimensions are exactly as described and quality is very good. Once installed it became very sturdy and I expect it to provide many years of service. I'm still putting the finishing touches on the paint so my photo shows masking tape on the hinges. I am not a contractor and installed it by myself with no help except for original positioning. But like anything else whoever installs should have the necessary skills. Although it is 6 feet wide it shows no signs of sagging anywhere. My configuration includes a glass transom that I am fashioning myself, but most people just go with a standard header. A final word on delivery - arrived intact with no damage, and was brought in and placed right at the spot where I needed it. I do have a double door opening into my house so that made it easy to bring in. Due to the larger size it might not be as easy with a single door entry. I've read another review where the purchaser had to partially disassemble it to get it into the house. Yes,I would recommend this door to a friend.

It's a nice looking French door and appears to be sturdy. The only problem was shipping. Instead of building the whole-frame in a clumsy wooden support, it can be packed and shipped with two doors and three trim pieces separately and securely. We had to break the wooden frame to move the door to the house downstairs.

These doors were easy to install and easy to paint. But there were a few things that I didn’t like. First, there were a few pinholes and dings in the wood around the windows. There were also some obvious repair/patch areas. Second, in the bottom corner, of each individual window, there is a tempered glass etched stamp, that cannot be removed. Still a good product for the price.

Heavy duty, high quality french doors. These are fantastic.
